Situated in the leafy suburb of Gardens, right behind the Mount Nelson hotel and painted in the same distinctive pink hue, the Lady Hamilton Hotel is named after Lord Nelson’s beautiful mistress. Dating from the early 1950s, the property has a distinct colonial feel and is surrounded by historical buildings. The 78 comfortable, en-suite guestrooms have views of Table Mountain or the cityscape. All rooms have air conditioning, TV and a safety deposit box. The hotel also offers two family rooms sleeping four persons each. Friendly reception staff speak several languages and can assist with tours and bookings as well as with car hire.
